Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/h2>\r\n

Welcome to <\/span>eGO<\/b> \u2013 an eco-friendly, inclusive, and technology-enabled mobility platform. The following Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (\u201cApp\u201d), website, and services (\u201cPlatform\u201d) operated by Gajj Chakey Rides Private Limited<\/b><\/span>\u00a0(referred to as \u201ceGO\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform. By registering, accessing, or using any part of the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Definitions<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

  • \u201cUser\u201d or \u201cYou\u201d<\/b> refers to any person who accesses or uses the eGO platform, whether as a rider, driver-partner, or visitor.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • \u201cDriver-Partner\u201d<\/b> refers to individuals who have registered with eGO to provide mobility or freight services using electric vehicles.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • \u201cVehicle\u201d<\/b> refers to eligible electric, petrol, or CNG-based rickshaws, autos, or carriers (excluding diesel vehicles).<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • \u201cRide\u201d<\/b> refers to the transportation service rendered by the Driver-Partner to the User through the eGO platform.<\/span>

    Eligibility<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

    To use the platform, you must:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    • Be at least 18 years of age;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • Possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • Not previously suspended or removed from using our services.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    • It should be fit for the ecosystem or the environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      Driver-Partners must hold valid driving licenses, vehicle registrations, and other necessary documents as required by applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      Scope of Services<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

      eGO offers on-demand and scheduled transportation and logistics services through electric and low-emission vehicles such as e-rickshaws, e-autos, and e-carriers. The platform enables users to:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        \r\n
      • Book rides for personal or commercial transportation;<\/span><\/li>\r\n
      • Schedule freight services using electric carriers.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
      • Access real-time tracking, fare estimation, and secure digital payments.<\/span>

        <\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

        Eco-Policy<\/b><\/h3>\r\n

        As part of our commitment to sustainable mobility, eGO does not support the registration or usage of diesel-driven vehicles. All vehicles operating on our platform must comply with our eco-standards (Electric, Petrol, CNG, etc, but not Diesel).<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        Users are encouraged to participate in and promote green mobility practices. Violations or misuse of the platform in ways that go against our environmental objectives may lead to suspension or account termination.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
